Y-ENTEX is a trading company established in 1992 as a group company of Yashima Denko Co., Ltd, which has a history of more than one hundred years. Initially, we managed steel products, and have grown with related groups in the design, procurement, and sales of products.
Currently, the company has expanded its product lineup to include not only steel but also nonferrous metals, processed resin products, and other nonferrous materials, and is expanding overseas to Southeast Asia, North America, and Oceania in addition to the domestic market. We have a subsidiary in Vietnam and cooperate with them to support our customers' needs and manufacturing.

仕事内容 Job Description: 弊社では電気設備資材全般、工事の際に使用する各種金属加工品、建築・土木関係の各種部材を取り扱っています。これらの商材を、日本企業及び欧米、オセアニア、アジアの製造、建設業、商社などの法人顧客に対し、営業業務を行っていただきます。

営業担当の主なビジネスフローは以下の通りです。
1.「営業活動」- 既存及び新規の法人顧客に対し、弊社で取り扱っている商材の提案営業を行う。
2.「製造手配」- 受注が取れたらベトナムの自社工場又は提携先の国内外の工場に製造を依頼、もしくは製造してくれる工場を新たに開拓。
3.「納期のスケジュール管理と商品の品質管理及び納品」- スケジュールを管理しできるだけスケジュール通りに製造できたものを各顧客に納品。

コーディネーター担当の主な業務は以下の通りです。
1.現地法人立ち上げ対応、立ち上げ後の多岐にわたるバックオフィス業務の管理
2.ステークホルダーとの連携と情報共有
3.業務にて問題が発生した際の迅速な対応と解決策の提案
4.ドキュメントの管理及びセールス担当のサポート業務

Our company deals in general electrical equipment materials, various processed metal products used in construction work and civil engineering related materials.
You will be responsible for sales of these products to the corporate clients from Japan Europe, the U.S., Oceania, and Asia, including manufacturers, construction companies, and trading companies.

The main business flow of sales is as follows.
1. - Propose and sell our products to our corporate clients.
2. - Once an order is received, we request our own factory or afferiated factories to manufacture the products, or develop new afferiated factories that will manufacture the products for us.
3. - Manage the schedule and deliver the manufactured products to each customer as much as possible according to the schedule.

The main responsibilities of the coordinator are as follows.
1. Handle the start-up of local subsidiaries and manage a wide range of back-office operations after the start-up.
2. Liaison and information sharing with stakeholders
3. Promptly respond to problems and propose solutions when they arise in the business
4. Document management and bakup sales staff

給与 salary: 【月給】246,000円～(経験・能力を考慮の上決定、固定残業代含む、一律手当含む)
基本給/月：21,5000円
固定残業代/月：31,000円/20時間
※固定残業代は残業がない場合も支給し、超過する場合は別途支給

From 246,000 JPY/Month (Experiences and skills will be considered to decide the salary. The salary is inclusive of fixed oertime pay and each allowance)
Basic salary: 215,000 JPY/Month
Fixed overtime pay：31,000 JPY/20 hours　
※Fixed overtime pay is paid even when there is no overtime work, and paid separately for any overtime work in excess of the fixed overtime pay.

昇給・賞与 Salary increase・bonus: 昇給は年1回、賞与は年2回

Promotion chance is once a year
