仕事内容 Job Description: ①店舗運営：オンデーズの店舗で「接客・視力検査・加工・調整」などの業務を担当して頂きます。お客様のニーズを聞き、アドバイスを行う事で、お客様にとって「最高のメガネ」を提案します。
②通訳担当：オンデーズ店舗で外国のお客様に対しての通訳、海外事業に関わる業務に担当して頂きます。
③管理職候補：社内の立候補制度を利用し、店長、スーパーバイザー、エリアマネージャーなどの管理職を目指して頂きます。

Store Operations: At OWNDAYS, you will be responsible for tasks such as customer service, vision testing, lens processing, and frame adjustments. By understanding customer needs and providing expert advice, you will help customers find the ""perfect pair of glasses.""

Interpreter Role: In this role, you will provide interpretation services for international customers at OWNDAYS stores and assist with tasks related to our overseas business operations.

Management Trainee: Utilizing our internal application system, you will have the opportunity to aim for management positions such as Store Manager, Supervisor, or Area Manager.
