- 仕事内容
Job Description - 旅館・ホテルの接客サービス職では、主に以下の3つの部署があります。まず最初に、旅館・ホテル全体の業務や流れを理解するため、「業務・施設管理」のお仕事から始めていただきます。
この段階では、研修や定期的な日本語テスト、サービスに関するテストを実施し、その結果に基づいて評価を行います。評価に応じて、宿泊フロントでの業務をお任せする流れとなります。
フロント課では、ホテル全体の業務を習得するためのキャリアステップとして、様々な業務を経験していただきます。これにより、全体の流れを把握し、接客サービスのプロフェッショナルとして成長できる環境を提供します。
In the hospitality service positions at our inns and hotels, there are mainly three departments. Initially, you will begin with the ""Operations and Facilities Management"" role to familiarize yourself with the overall workflow and operations of the inn or hotel.
During this phase, you will undergo training and regular Japanese language tests, as well as service-related assessments. Based on the results of these evaluations, you will be assigned to work at the front desk.
In the Front Desk Department, you will gain experience in various tasks as part of your career development, enabling you to understand the overall operations of the hotel. This environment allows you to grow as a professional in hospitality services by gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry.
