Our company is a bridge construction company in Fukushima, Japan, and overseas. In 70 years since our establishment in 1949, we have built 2,591 bridges (to July 2024) . Our bridge experts, who design, factory, and field capabilities, are challenging themselves everyday to build bridges with colaborationg their technical capabilities. Our system, which covers everything from design to manufacturing, erection, construction, testing, repair and sales, has met the needs of our customers by providing short delivery times, high quality and low costs. In the future, we plan to continue our current domestic structure (Head office, Fukushima Factory, Tokushima Factory, Tokyo Branch, Osaka Branch, Sendai Branch and 11 other locations), but in 2015 we established a local subsidiary in Vietnam as part of our overseas expansion.Vietnam is developing the country, and there are many rivers as well as transportation infrastructure in general, so many bridges will be necessary in the future. Based on the technical capabilities and track record cultivated in Japan, we intend to meet the demand for bridge manufacturing and construction in Vietnam. We have observed that there is a shortage of small bridges for traffic connection in rural areas of Vietnam. In October 2020, Yada Industry Co., Ltd. received a project from JICA to conduct an application study on Easy Rahmen Bridge (Composite Rigid Frame) construction technology. This technology has a short construction time on site, low cost, and drastically reduced its maintenance costs. This technology is very suitable for rural areas where the budget for bridge and road maintenance costs is very limited.
Our ideal is bridges in the region to be built by the people who live in the region and maintained for a long time. We believe that the desire to contribute to the region will lead to "building good bridges". In the future, we want to develop our subsidiary in Vietnam into a business managed by Vietnamese people and make significant contributions to the country. Currently, five Vietnamese employees are working at the Japanese headquarters for the purpose of training. From these employees, we expect them to become core engineers and managers of subsidiary company in the near future. During the training at the headquarters, we have an workplace environment where foreigners can work with peace of mind, such as support from Vietnamese staff who are fluent in Japanese. ② 鋼構造製造エンジニア
橋梁・水門・水管橋等鋼構造の工場生産における工程、資材、検査、品質等の管理全般。
③ 架設・施工エンジニア
橋梁・水門・水管橋等鋼構造物の現場架設・据付・建方等の現場施工全般。
① Design and (Full-scale) Modeling Engineer
Design, verification and calculation of steel structures such as bridges, water gates and water pipe bridges. Meetings with clients, etc.
② Steel fabrication Enginee
Management of processes, materials, inspections, quality, etc. in the factory of steel structures production such as bridges, water gates, and water pipe bridges.
③ Site Engineer
General on-site construction including erection, installation and construction of steel structures production such as bridges, water gates and water pipe bridges.
