昨年に初めて外国人高度人材の採用を目指し、インターンシッププログラムに参加しました。インターンは日本語がはなせませんでしたが、みんなと仲良くなり、社員の一員になることになりました。

・当社は機械設計で設計された製品を販売する会社です。会社の主な業務は機械設計ですが、将来を見据え、機械工学の技術を土台としながらも、生産だけでなく製品自体においてデジタル技術を取り入れていっています。つまり、機械加工や機械設計だけでなく、電気回路技術やプログラミングなどについての技術を学んで取り入れようとしています。

Last year, we participated in an internship program for the first time with the aim of recruiting highly skilled foreign personnel. Although the intern could not speak Japanese, he became friends with everyone and became a member of the company.
