1．ビルオーナーに対する空き駐車場活用のコンサルティング営業
2．車両を保有する企業に対する車両保有コスト削減のコンサルティング営業
3．駐車場運営のためのコンサルティング営業

1年目は「現場力」を養うために駐車場1店舗の店長となり駐車場収益の改善に取り組みます。
駐車場店舗にて、実際のサービスの提供、現場スタッフのマネジメント、収益改善プランの策定実施。
駐車場店舗のマネジメントを通じて「経営」を実践で学んでいただきます。
2年目は「営業力」を養うために、ビルオーナーへのコンサルティング営業をやっていただきます。
3年目は「マネジメント力」を養うために、エリアマネージャーとして組織マネジメントを行っていただきます。
その後、5年目に子会社の社長になったり、6年目で海外現地法人の社長になったり、
「経営力」を身につけた若手社員たちが多方面で活躍しています。

In the second year, you will focus on developing your "sales skills" by providing consulting sales to building owners.
In the third year, you will be responsible for organizational management as an area manager to gain "management skills".

After that, your career path will depend on your abilities.
Young employees who have acquired management skills have gone on to work in various fields.
Some employees with five years of experience have already been appointed as group company presidents!
There are also opportunities to create new businesses on your own!

給与 salary: ■月給280,000円
①基本給　228,791円（②の手当を除く額）
②時間外手当　51,209円（時間外労働の有無に関わらず、41時間分の時間外手当として51,209円を支給）
③41時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給
Monthly salary 280,000 yen
(1) Basic salary: 228,791 yen (excluding allowances in (2))
(2) Overtime pay: 51,209 yen (51,209 yen will be paid as overtime pay for 41 hours, regardless of whether or not overtime is worked)
(3) Extra wages for overtime work exceeding 41 hours will be paid additionally.

昇給・賞与 Salary increase・bonus: 昇給：　年二回（2月、8月）
賞与：　年俸制のため、賞与はありません。
