We are a manufacturer engaged in the planning, development, production, and sales of hand tools such as nippers and pliers. Our operations are based in Tsubame-Sanjo, Niigata Prefecture, where we handle planning, development, and production, and sell through various channels including specialized trading companies, home centers, and online retailers.
Since 1991, we have also aggressively pursued international expansion by establishing overseas sales channels and operating our own factories in Thailand and Laos. Our target is the global market.
To address diverse customer needs, we have established subsidiaries and affiliated companies both domestically and internationally, allowing us to operate a multi-faceted business. 給与 salary: 大卒　　：【月給】230,000円～300,000円(別途、残業代全額支給）
予想年俸：3,450,000円～4,500,000円
University Graduates: two hundred thirty thousand to three hundred thousand yen.(Overtime pay will be paid in full separately)
Estimated Annual Salary: three million four hundred fifty thousand yen to four million five hundred thousand yen

昇給・賞与 Salary increase・bonus: 昇給：年１回（７月）、賞与：年３回（８月、１２月、４月）
Salary increase: once a year (in July)、Bonus: three times a year (in August, December, and April)
