Career advancement, such as salary increases and promotions, is all based on merit. The general model for career advancement is for new university graduates: supervisors: 27 to 33 years old, section managers: 34 to 43 years old, deputy managers: 35 to 50 years old, and general managers: 49 years old and up. Salary increases for young employees are generally 2,000 to 5,000 yen per year. In addition, ``technical allowance'' and ``positional allowance'' will be added upon promotion. Technical allowances start at 3,000 yen from about the third year after a new graduate joins the company. The amount can be up to 100,000 yen depending on experience and skill. Position allowances include 7,500 yen for supervisors, 10,000 to 15,000 yen for supervisors, and 15,000 to 25,000 yen for section managers.We also strive to create an environment where employees can work for a long time, and we value communication with employees.

仕事内容 Job Description: 構造設計；最新三次元構造解析ソフトを用いてプラント施設の建築物の構造設計を行います。日本にもならず世界中の構造物に当社の技術が使われています。ＢＩＭを用いたモデリングから解析、断面算定、施工図まで丸ごと設計できます。
解析技術；NASTRAN, ABAQUS, LS-DYNA等のFEM構造解析ツールで数値解析を行います。船舶、建築、自動車、機械、原子力機器等あらゆる構造物が対象です
建築設計；超高層ビルからマンション、学校あるいは教会まで、建築構造物の設計を行います。既存建築物の耐震診断・改修設計も行います。また、建築系ＢＩＭを用いて意匠設計、構造設計、設備設計、施工管理まで丸ごと設計できます。
土木技術；河川・砂防の設計、土質及び基礎、都市計画調査、各種試験、測量を行います。

Architectural Design: We design architectural structures, from skyscrapers to condominiums, schools or churches. We also perform earthquake resistance diagnosis and renovation design for existing buildings.
