- Identify and understand customer needs to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and discuss technical specifications with customers
- Coordinate with the technical team to address customer requirements
- Collaborate with the production department to ensure alignment on product specifications
- Prepare proposals and quotations for customers
- Manage the entire process from order receipt to product shipment
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up services
