You will join our data infrastructure team and contribute to the development of a data infrastructure that will streamline the process of providing data for our applications (Actaba and Detaba). This project will contribute to improving the operational efficiency and accuracy of local governments and provide more value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. design, develop, and operate data infrastructure utilizing AWS cloud services
2. automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (AWS CDK with Python)
3. implementation and optimization of AWS services (S3, ECS, etc.) for data collection, storage and processing
4. implementation of system monitoring, logging and security measures (CloudWatch, NewRelic, etc.)
5. development and operation of applications using container technologies (Docker, ECS)
6. design and implementation of non-functional requirements (scalability, security, performance) of data infrastructure
7. project promotion and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices using agile development methodologies
②Senior Software Engineer
**Job Overview**:
As an **MLOps Engineer**, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from development to production, focusing on automation, scalability and monitoring. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers and domain experts to ensure seamless deployment, maintenance and optimization of ML models that are used for projects like **crop classification**, **soil health analysis** and **carbon emission monitoring** in the agricultural domain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design and implement automated ML pipelines for development, testing, deployment and monitoring of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
- Develop infrastructure for model versioning, scaling and serving to ensure high availability and low latency.
- Establish CI/CD processes for model deployment and data pipelines, ensuring reproducibility and consistency across environments.
- Monitor model performance, set up logging and create alert systems for ML models in production.
- Optimize ML workloads for performance and cost efficiency in cloud environments (e.g., **AWS**, GCP or Azure).
- Ensure data integrity, compliance and security standards, particularly with sensitive agricultural data.
- Participate in green computing initiatives to minimize the carbon footprint of machine learning operations.
