Job Description: Job related to the development and production of food/confectionery in either Head Office, R&D Center, or Factory.
Ex: ① Development of new products
② Development of manufacturing methods
③ Introduction of line equipment
④ Introduction of new products
⑤ Development of production technology
⑥ Production management

Salary: Salary system
- Monthly
- Master's degree: 258,500 yen (FY 2024 actual results)
- Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree: 240,500 yen (FY 2024 actual results)
Overtime allowance: Yes
- Paid separately based on overtime hours

Salary increase ・ bonus: Salary increase: Once a year (April)
Bonus: Twice a year (June, December)
