Company Features

Required Experience: Overseas sales/Sales assistant : Communication skills
QA,QC,R&D : Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemical background is preferred

Job Description: Overseas sales/Sales assistant : Communicate the value of Chato to customers, and relay the customer's needs to Chato team. Manage customer requests and orders. Prepare documents related to production and shipment.
QA : Ensure that the Food Safety Management System is implemented, and the manufactured products meet legal, industry, company, and consumer standards.
QC : Monitor, inspect, and propose measures to correct or improve Chato's products.
R&D : Sensory quality control of incoming material (tea), and manufactured products. Creating recipes and instructions for the manufacturing department. Research and development of new products.

Salary: 3.5-5 million JPY per year
- to be decided according to experience and output
※Overtime paid separately

Salary increase ・ bonus: Salary increase : every year
Bonus : twice a year, varies depending on performance

Other benefits: Meal allowance : 3,500JPY per month
Commuting allowance : Actual expenses paid (with upper limit 18,700JPY per month)
