■Researcher
(1)Candidates with experience in assembling laser optical systems, including selecting components.
 A strong understanding of polarization and experience handling interferometers is highly preferred.
(2)Candidates with experience in assembling devices that generate magnetic fields, such as microwave systems, including selecting components.
 Candidates must meet at least one of the above criteria.

Preferred Skills / Background (Not required but highly valued)
・Ph.D. in optics or a related field
・Experimental skills with bow-tie resonators
・Experience in wavelength conversion systems
・Expertise in cryogenic experiments with rare-earth doped crystals (e.g., praseodymium)
・Proficiency in frequency stabilization experiments
・Other experimental skills related to quantum information
・Theoretical understanding of quantum communication
・Theoretical understanding of cloud-based quantum computing
・Software development skills for synchronizing instruments using FPGA
・Embedded control technology for optical systems using FPGA or microcontrollers

Desired Candidate Profile
・A strong interest in developing quantum communication systems, quantum repeaters, and related technologies towards realizing the quantum internet
・Experience conducting research related to quantum information or quantum optics in a university or corporate lab
・Willingness to openly discuss past research experiences

Job Description
■ Researcher
Engaged in the development of quantum communication systems in collaboration with Yokohama National University (Horikiri Laboratory, Graduate School of Engineering, Physics and Engineering) as a researcher at LQUOM Inc.

■ Business Development

(1)Business development for hardware related to quantum repeaters and communication
⇒ This includes participation in exhibitions and customer interactions. As the market is still emerging, it is necessary to update the roadmap accordingly.

(2)Product planning
⇒ In connection with business development, you will capture and propose potentially marketable products within the company.

(3)Building and maintaining the value chain
⇒ You will be the point of contact for collaborative research and partnerships with other companies, which are essential for real-world implementation and technological establishment. You are expected to have a broad perspective to explore interesting technology combinations.

Tasks such as documentation, meeting facilitation, and presentations related to the above. It is acceptable to seek external experts for skills that are lacking.
Salary
■ Researcher
Decided according to the applicant's skills. As a model case, an applicant who is 30 years old, has a doctorate, and meets the qualifications and any of the preferred skills will earn 6 million yen or more per year.

Example of a model case:
Monthly salary: 500,000 yen Base salary: 369,942 yen Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: 130,038 yen per month

■ Business Development
Decided according to the applicant's skills. As a model case, applicants who meet the qualifications and possess any of the preferred skills can expect an annual salary of 8 million yen or more.

Example of a model case:
Monthly salary: 900,000 yen Base salary: 664,887 yen Includes fixed overtime pay for 45 hours: 234,113 yen per month
