Job Description: 1) Quality Control Junior
１．Manage to process of QC activity in each production area.
２．Reducing the defect rate in the whole production processes.
3. Acting to improve/keep our frame quality with collaborating other function leaders.
4. Develop/support QC management system in the company.
5. Liaise with suppliers to manage their quality of output.
6. Correspondence and liaison with Engineering team at Tristar / Italy.
7. Works closely with all the associates to ensure the quality of frame.
8. Work out improvements/action plan for pass yield increase.
2) Engineer Junior
１．Assess feasibility of product design for manufacturing, develop and drive manufacturing standards into product design, establish standard design system.
2. Work out process flow and work instruction in each NPI phase, and complete all of related parameter for product manufacturing.
3. Follow up the launch of new model in order to run smoothly the first production
4. Solve the technical problems of production
5. Improvement and support the technology problem of MP
6. New product improvement and project management

Salary: University Graduate Monthly 238.500 JPY (In addition, full payment for overtime work)
Master degree 265.000JPY (In addition, full payment for overtime work)

Salary increase ・ bonus: Salary increase Once a year, in Spring. Bonus twice per year ( December- July's bonus is subject to Company and Individual performance of the previous year)
