RICOS aims to realize a world that people can instantly make the visualized ideals real by utilizing computational science and technology in the site of manufacturing.
To realize that world, RICOS is currently expanding its business centered on the product development of the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) platform "RICOS Production Suite" and the development of machine learning algorithms, which is a unique technology. Job Description
1. Account manager:
(a) Developing new customers based on business strategy.
(b) Proposing to existing customers and joint research partners.
(c) Planning and executing sales activities to achieve revenue target
2. Overseas distributors manager:
(a) Developing and expanding new overseas distributors
(b) Training of local sales staff and management of operations in cooperation with overseas distributors.
(c) Operations management in cooperation with local sales staff at overseas exhibitions, etc.
3. Consulting engineer:
(a) Conducting new client interviews to understand their needs and creating proposals.,
(b) Executing presentations, demos, and PoCs as per client needs.
(c) Providing comprehensive technical support around deal closings, including training during product implementation.
(d) Responding to inquiries and providing support to existing clients.
Salary
1. Account manager: 6.5-9.4 million JPY/year (30 hours/week, monthly salary system)
2. Overseas distributors manager: 7-10 million JPY/year (30 hours/week, monthly salary system)
3. Consulting engineer: 8.4 - 10.8 million JPY/year (30 hours/week, monthly salary system)
Salary increase ・ bonus
If agreed upon in advance, it will be adjusted with the salary. Bonus will be defined by company-wide revenue.

・Labor Insurance: Workers' accident compensation insurance: applicable to all.
