Required Qualifications: ■Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (mandatory), as well as expertise in other programming languages.
■Experience: Practical or research experience in natural language processing, image processing, machine learning, AI, or implementation experience in other specialized fields.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:
・The ability to read official GitHub repositories related to your field of expertise, understand the implementation methods, and re-implement them independently.

Capable of logical thinking and problem-solving
Enjoys working in the fast-evolving AI industry and is excited about future technologies.
Basic English conversational skills.
Experience in team development (internship experience applicable) is a plus.

Job Description: This position is responsible for overall engineering tasks in implementing solutions using AI technology. You will be expected to contribute to the successful delivery of projects and to grow as an engineer in a challenging environment.

■Support multiple projects with your expertise.
■Have full understandings and be able to gradually take in charge of projects with increased task volumn and difficulties.
■Provide assistance to business representatives for technical proposal material preparation
■Other on-demand team support

Salary: Salary From 320,000 yen/month　　　
(fixed allowance of 30hrs/month included)　　
（BasicSalary 249756yen）（fixed overtime & late-night allowance70244yen） *Additional payment will be made for overtime and late-night work hours exceeding the above hours.

Working Hours: Flextime system
