仕事内容の変更の範囲 Scope of Job Description Changes: 当社の装置は受注生産機であるため、客先の意向を理解し装置にその要望を反映しなければならない。そのため受注前の打ち合わせが非常に重要となる。技術部であっても営業的な役割を担うことがあり、営業技術的な動きをすることもある。また協力工場との打合せに出向くこともあるのでただ単に設計業務という枠からははみ出ることもある

Even in the technical department, there are times when the department is responsible for sales and engageds i salesnand technical activities. 10時間残業として残業手当は約17,500円
