仕事内容 Job Description: 建築施工管理としてまず取り組むのは、原価・品質・工期・安全・環境などの施工管理全般です。具体的には、現場での墨出しや高さ出し、写真撮影、図面との照合、図面がない場合には必要に応じて作図を行い、位置や高さを決めたり現場で指示を出したりします。問題があれば修正対応も行います。また、工程表を作成し、職人や材料の手配を行うほか、お客様との打ち合わせや仕様決定のサポートも担当します。
As a construction manager for architectural projects, you will first be involved in overall construction management, including cost, quality, schedule, safety, and environmental management. Specifically, your tasks will include layout marking and height measurement on site, taking photos, comparing progress with drawings, and creating drawings when none exist. You will also determine positions and heights, give instructions on site, and correct any problems that arise. In addition, you will prepare construction schedules, arrange for workers and materials, and support client meetings and decisions regarding project specifications.

仕事内容の変更の範囲 Scope of Job Description Changes: その後、独立を目標に、見積作成や積算、見積のための構造設計（木造・鉄骨造）、作図、資格取得のための学習（施工管理技士・建築士）など、より専門的な業務や営業的な仕事にも挑戦します。これらの経験を通じて、施工管理の総合的なスキルを身につけ、将来的には自分の会社を運営できる力を養います。
Afterward, with the goal of becoming independent, you will take on more specialized tasks and client-facing work, such as preparing estimates, performing cost calculations, conducting structural design for estimating (wooden and steel structures), creating drawings, and studying for professional qualifications like Construction Management Engineer and Architect. Through these experiences, you will develop comprehensive construction management skills and gain the ability to eventually run your own company.
